A complete residential roof replacement executed from start to finish in just four days, converting old, weathered red clay tiles into a durable grey concrete tile roofing system.
The original roof structure suffered from moss accumulation and degraded mortar along the hip lines. Our team completely stripped away the original tiles and aged felt down to the timber frame, installed high-performance Cromar Vent Pro breathable underlayment with treated wooden battens, and laid fresh interlocking grey tiles. The project was finished with a mechanical dry hip system for long-term weather resistance and zero-maintenance upkeep.
Material: Grey interlocking concrete roof tiles, Cromar Vent3 Pro breathable membrane, treated wooden battens, mechanical dry hip ridge system, and lead flashing around the chimney base.
Project Scope: Complete tile and felt tear-off, rafter inspection, breathable membrane deployment, batten installation, concrete tile fitting, dry hip system installation, and lead flashings.
Color Palette: Charcoal grey, terracotta red, red brickwork, and natural timber.
