Concrete Flat Roof Replacement with Re-Pitched EPDM Rubber Roof & 3 Skylights

Transforming a failing concrete flat roof into a re-pitched EPDM rubber roofing system with three modern skylights.

Elite Roofing completed a full structural conversion to replace an old, damp concrete flat roof. Our team cut through and removed the deteriorated concrete slab, constructed new timber joists with built-in pitch for optimal water drainage, and fitted EcoTherm insulation boards beneath a fresh plywood substrate.

A seamless EPDM rubber membrane was applied to provide complete weatherproofing, finished with black edge trims, PVC soffits, and new fascia boards. Three flat glass skylights were installed to flood the interior with natural light.
