Two homes, one seamless job: A complete dual-property re-roof in Crosby.
Elite Roofing completed a simultaneous full re-roofing project for neighboring homeowners in Crosby. Carrying out a dual replacement ensured seamless structural integration, matching aesthetic finishes, and cost-effective scaffolding setup across both properties.
Our team completely stripped away the existing red tiles and aged felt, inspected and prepared the exposed timber rafters, and installed high-performance breathable underlayment alongside new batten framing. Modern grey slate tiles were then laid across the combined roof structure, finished with a dry hip system for clean lines and low-maintenance durability.
Material: Grey interlocking slate tiles, high-grade breathable roof membrane, treated wooden battens, dry hip ridge system, and lead flashing around chimney stacks.
Project Scope: Dual-property scaffold deployment, complete tile and felt tear-off, rafter inspection, breathable underlayment installation, precision tiling, lead flashings, and dry hip system fitting.
Color Palette: Slate grey, red brick, pebble-dash render, and dark window framing.
