Horse Stable Roof Replacement with Heavy-Duty Torch-On Felt

Complete overhaul of a weathered timber stable block roof to protect equestrian livestock from harsh weather and leaks.

We stripped away the severely weathered, moss-covered corrugated sheets down to the structural timber rafters. After reinforcing the wooden frame, new solid decking boards were installed and fully sealed with high-grade, mineral-surfaced torch-on felt roofing for long-lasting waterproofing and thermal protection.

Material: Heavy-duty felt roofing membrane (mineral cap sheet), structural timber rafter framing, and OSB substrate decking.

Project Scope: Removal of old corrugated roofing, structural timber frame repair, solid deck installation, and multi-layer torch-on felt waterproofing.

Color Palette: Charcoal grey, dark slate, weatherbeaten timber brown, and natural moss green.
