Pitched Bay Window Roof Extension & Seamless Tile Integration

Upgrading a flat bay window structure with a custom pitched gable roof to improve drainage, durability, and curb appeal.

The existing flat bay area was built out into a pitched gable extension featuring dark grey cladding, PVC window framing, and a valley flashing system to connect into the main roof elevation. The new pitched structure was fully battened, membrane-lined, and tiled using matching interlocking roof tiles to create a unified architectural finish.

Material: Interlocking concrete roof tiles, dark grey composite cladding panels, lead valley flashing, dry verges, and uPVC bay window frames.

Project Scope: Flat-to-pitched bay conversion, timber gable framing, weatherproof tarpaulin protection, valley detail integration, tile installation, and composite cladding finish.

Color Palette: Slate grey, terracotta brown, dark anthracite, and clean white.
