Flori and his team were great!  After another roofer left us in the lurch, Flori and his team kindly and reasonably stepped in to do the job.  The whole team was very professional, and they worked with me to ensure that our project was completed quickly. Florian and team were fantastic from start to finish - from coming to assess the extend of the problem (extensive picture from up in the attic, super helpful), to providing a timely and detailed quote, to the strong communication on finding a date despite the unpredictable and rainy weather, to completing the job quickly and efficiently, to the final walkthrough of the work (more pictures and video and drone-checks). Would highly recommend Elite Roofing Inc for your roofing repairs and installation.  They replaced our flat roof in 2025 and we were very happy with the cost and quality of work.  In early 2026, when a new leak emerged, Elite Roofing was extremely helpful and responsive to concerns.  They came to visit site and determined cause and possible remedies. The downspouts at the front of the house were almost ripped off the walls by severe weather elements which included ferocious windstorms, big freezing snowstorms and torrential rainstorms. Thankfully, Flori helps us to save a lot of money by giving us an honest assessment and the right solution which is to only fix the downspouts (without having to replace the downspouts and/or eaves troughs). Flori has fantastic talents and expert knowledge. He truly cares about his customers because he uses the proper tools, top-notch equipment and good quality materials which include special stainless steel, rustproof screws that are especially made for downspouts. Please see the photos showing the excellent workmanship of Flori. He is very passionate about his work and dedicated to providing great professional service for his customers. Due to the above reasons, we are confident and have peace of mind that the downspouts are now firmly and securely attached to the walls, and will not get knocked down by the brutal weather elements.
